Job summary

Calpion Software Technologies is seeking an experienced US Recruiter for Product Hiring (In-House) in Bangalore. The role focuses on recruiting for Product Managers, Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, QA/Automation, DevOps, Data Engineers, Architects, and SaaS roles.

The incumbent will work 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, partner with stakeholders, and build strong candidate pipelines for US-facing roles. Prior in-house recruitment experience is preferred and essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in US Recruitment.
• Strong experience in Product and Technology hiring.
• Experience hiring for: Product Managers, Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, QA/Automation Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, SaaS/Product Engineering roles.
• In-house recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Product and Technology roles across the US.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders on hiring strategies.
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job portals, and networking.
• Build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification assessments.
• Manage interview coordination, offer discussions, and candidate engagement.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to stakeholders.
