DESIRED PROFILE

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of US Healthcare experience ( End to End processes such as eligibility, billing, payment posting & AR )
• Minimum 2 years of on paper healthcare (RCM process training) experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Well versed in Soft Skills and training methodologies.
• Knowledge of US culture.
• Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
• Must be working as a Process Trainer.
• Good with MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
