Job summary

Prochant India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Process Coach – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead coaching and training for end-to-end US Healthcare RCM processes.

The role focuses on developing teams, delivering impactful learning sessions, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will coach new hires and experienced staff, update training content, and use metrics to measure training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare).
• Strong working knowledge of Medical Billing, Payment Posting, Denial Management, AR Follow-up, RCM workflows and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training batches and deliver impactful learning sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training and coaching sessions for new hires and existing employees on RCM processes, tools, policies, and best practices.
• Design, develop, and update training content, process documentation, assessments, and learning materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to identify training needs, performance gaps, and coaching opportunities.
• Provide ongoing floor support and process guidance to improve employee performance and productivity.
• Facilitate refresher training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure process adherence.
• Maintain accurate training records, coaching trackers, attendance reports, and performance dashboards.
• Support process transitions, updates, and implementation of new workflows or client requirements.
• Drive employee engagement through effective coaching methodologies and learning interventions.

About the Role

Prochant India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and passionate Process Coach – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and a proven ability to coach, train, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare).
• Strong working knowledge of:

• RCM workflows and best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training batches and deliver impactful learning sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on performance improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience as a Process Coach, Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or SME in RCM is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing training curricula and competency frameworks.
• Exposure to quality improvement initiatives and process excellence programs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
