The candidate should have excellent leadership capabilities, strong client management exposure, and hands-on operational governance experience across Medical Billing functions.

• Ensure strong governance and client relationship management.
• Conduct regular reviews with internal stakeholders and clients.

• Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in US Medical Billing / RCM Operations.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations Leadership roles.
