Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and incoming leads.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant product features and benefits.
• Qualify leads and conduct product discussions/demos as required.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and drive sales closure.
• Handle customer objections related to product, pricing, and competition.
• Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM/internal systems.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up until conversion.
• Followup on renewals.
