Job summary

Q'fleet in India seeks a proactive telecalling recruiter to source and engage candidate leads for vehicle rental opportunities. You will make outbound calls, explain roles and joining requirements, and guide candidates through the onboarding process.

You will maintain daily call logs, update candidate data in Excel or Google Sheets, and ensure targets for calls, leads, and conversions are met. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, with a positive attitude and willingness to

Key Responsibilities
