Job summary

Lernern in India is seeking a recruitment specialist to make outbound calls, explain job opportunities, roles, locations and salary details, and motivate candidates to apply and join the available positions.

You will coordinate with candidates through hiring and onboarding, maintain records, follow up to ensure joining, and support candidates with queries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Tele-calling, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and candidate tracking.
• Target-oriented with ability to meet recruitment targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Good candidate handling and relationship management.
