Job Summary

We are looking for a female Telecaller who will be responsible for handling patient calls, appointments, front-office coordination, and patient communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a patient-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Patient Coordination

• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally.
• Respond to patient enquiries regarding consultations, appointments, doctors, timings, and hospital services.
• Make follow-up calls to patients regarding appointments, consultations, and treatment.
• Coordinate appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Maintain proper records of patient calls and follow-ups.
• Communicate with patients courteously and provide accurate information.

Front Office Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and attendants visiting the hospital.
• Manage patient registration and basic front-desk activities.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other departments.
• Guide patients to the appropriate department/doctor.
• Maintain patient-related records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Handle front-office queries and resolve routine patient concerns professionally.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and patient-friendly.
