Job summary

Primus Global Technologies is seeking an IT Recruitment specialist in Visakhapatnam to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. You will understand client requirements and craft precise job descriptions, sourcing candidates through portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

You will screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews, build a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates, and maintain trackers to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies and skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
