Job summary

You will lead headcount planning, staff development, and cross-team collaboration to minimize errors, improve processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across the warehouse network.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Budgeting: Oversee daily hub operations, meet cost-per-shipment targets, and run operations strictly within budget.
• Inventory & Safety: Ensure zero shrinkage or lost shipments while maintaining high facility hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• KPIs & Productivity: Achieve core transportation productivity targets and maintain strict quality and performance compliance.
• Customer Escalations: Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and resolve operational escalations promptly.
• Team Management & HR: Handle headcount planning, manage team training/development, and drive employee engagement.
• Recovery & Support: Partner with internal support teams to execute effective shipment recovery processes.
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure total compliance with statutory and commercial regulations while continuously identifying ways to reduce operational errors.
