Gartech Equipments is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to drive end-to-end hiring, with a focus on bulk non-IT roles for our Maharashtra operations.

You will source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and our internal database, screen for fit, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely updates while maintaining accurate candidate records.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (bulk hiring) for non-IT roles.
• MBA/PGDM in HR/IR or related field preferred.
