Job summary

Arks Multiservices invites applications for a Site Supervisor role to oversee civil, interior fit-out, electrical, fabrication, repair and maintenance works at project sites in Hyderabad.

The candidate will coordinate with workers, subcontractors and clients, read drawings, plan daily activities and ensure safety, quality and timely completion in line with approved drawings and schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in civil works and interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to read drawings, take measurements and independently manage daily site activities.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and MS fabrication works.
• Good communication, labour management and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
• Experience working in corporate offices or commercial facilities preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Hyderabad and work flexible shifts as required by project schedules.

Responsibilities
