Job summary

LXB Urban Developers LLP in Chennai district is seeking a site supervisor for civil construction projects. You will supervise day-to-day activities, read architectural and structural drawings, ensure work is performed per approved drawings and specifications, and coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors and vendors.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, has experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction, and is proficient in MS

• Read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
• Ensure work is carried out per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor labour, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors and vendors.
• Monitor construction progress and report daily site activities.
• Ensure proper measurement of completed works.
• Verify quantities of materials required for construction.
• Maintain site records, including labour attendance and daily progress reports.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is preferred.
