Job summary

Swayomi Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking a Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise daily construction activities at residential and commercial sites, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance and quality. You will read drawings, supervise contractors and labour, perform material quality checks and maintain progress records and measurement sheets.

Willingness to work full-time on site with Kannada and English/Hindi communication preferred; basic BOQ, billing, AutoCAD and Excel skills

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Excel preferred.
• Knowledge of BOQ, billing and quantity estimation expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site execution and coordinate with contractors, masons and labour teams.
• Read and interpret drawings; ensure work matches approved designs and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on materials, concrete, reinforcement and finishing work.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, material consumption and measurement sheets.
• Track project timelines and escalate delays or shortages to the Project Manager.
• Enforce safety norms and site discipline.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely material delivery.
