Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Chennai seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4 to 18 years of experience for a full-time on-site role. The ideal candidate will drive ITSM, CMDB, ITOM projects and custom app development, bringing strong scripting and integration skills across REST/SOAP, Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

The role includes hands-on work with Service Portal, MID Server, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Rigorous hands-on experience implementing at least two ITSM/CMDB/ITOM areas (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Employee Centre, Source2Pay, ITAM, App Engine).
• Strong ServiceNow scripting skills: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions/Policies, Client scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Good experience with REST/SOAP integrations and scripted REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on with Performance Analytics and MID Server management; basic Auth 2.0 and certificate knowledge.
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration use cases.

• Very Strong scripting Skills Advanced Hands‑on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub
• Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
• Hands on experience with Performance AnalyticsKnowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instance.
• Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration use cases.
