Job Role Summary:

We are looking for a strong ServiceNow Developer with 4-8 years of hands on experience in ServiceNow development, platform configuration and integrations.
The candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, ITSM and Field Service Management (FSM), along with experience building integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
The role will primarily focus on development, customization, integration and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, with some involvement in troubleshooting, deployment and production support activities.
Experience in the Telecom domain will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop scalable and maintainable ServiceNow applications and customizations.
• Work extensively with: Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Data Policies Notifications
• Develop workflow and process automation using: Flow Designer IntegrationHub
• Design, develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external/third party systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using: REST APIs SOAP APIs JSON / XML Web services
• Configure and enhance ITSM modules, including: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management
• Design, configure and enhance ServiceNow FSM capabilities and workflows.
• Work with FSM related processes such as: Work Orders Work Order Tasks Assignment and dispatch Field agents / technicians Task scheduling Service appointments Field service workflows
• Work on ServiceNow data modelling, tables, relationships and platform configuration.
• Work with CMDB / CSDM and follow ServiceNow platform best practices.
• Troubleshoot application, integration and performance issues.
• Participate in testing, deployment and release activities.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to platform optimization, automation and continuous improvement.

Key Mandatory Skills

• ServiceNow Development
• 3-8 years of hands on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
• Strong handson experience with: Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Notifications Data Policies
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Good understanding of server side and client side scripting.

ServiceNow FSM - Mandatory

• Hands on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) is mandatory.
• Experience configuring and developing FSM workflows and functionality.
• Good understanding of field service processes including work orders, task assignment, scheduling/dispatch and field agent workflows.
• Ability to customize FSM functionality based on business requirements.

ITSM - Mandatory

• Solid working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Hands on experience with one or more of: Incident Problem Change
• Understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.

Integration - Mandatory

• Hands on experience developing ServiceNow integrations.
• REST / SOAP APIs.
• JSON / XML.
• Third party / external system integrations.
• Experience with IntegrationHub and/or Flow Designer.

Other Mandatory Capabilities

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, relationships and data model.
