Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with 6–15 years of experience to design and implement ITSM and custom application solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work on ITOM, Custom App, GRC and IRM, develop scripts (Business Rule, Script Include, UI Actions), build widgets, and handle REST/SOAP integrations.

Face-to-face interview capability is required; salary ranges from 12 LPA to 40 LPA.

Qualifications

• Experienced in ITSM implementation following industry best practices.
• Platform & Custom App development and complex integrations experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow scripting: Business Rule, Script Include, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Email Inbound.
• Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation.
• Strong REST/SOAP based integration experience; scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
• Knowledge of Authentication via OAuth2, certificates and MID Server.
• Implemented ServiceNow projects on Domain-separated instances.
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration use cases.
• Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management.
• Experience of custom applications development.
• Experience of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation.
• Experience of Orchestration use case implementation.
