Job summary

ProTeamServe is seeking a field-based technical ambassador to own medical equipment performance at hospital and clinic sites. You will combine hands-on diagnostic skills with customer care to ensure high equipment availability, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.

You will perform turnkey installations, preventive maintenance, and rapid troubleshooting, while supporting service contracts and spare parts needs.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Execute turnkey installations, site readiness checks, system calibrations, and acceptance testing for diagnostic imaging and critical care equipment per OEM protocols.
• Maintenance & Emergency Service: Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Perform electrical safety and performance tests; maintain QMS documentation aligned with ISO 13485 and CDSCO guidelines.
• Customer Support & Upselling: Build trust with hospital staff, provide basic operational guidance, and identify service contract renewals or upgrades.
• Digital Workflow Management: Track service calls, requisition parts, and record site updates using internal tools like Sales Force, Service Max & Zoho.

You will combine hands-on technical diagnostic expertise with customer care to ensure high equipment availability, strict regulatory compliance, and maximum safety for patients reliant on advanced healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Execute turnkey installations, site readiness checks, system calibrations, and acceptance testing for diagnostic imaging and critical care equipment in line with OEM protocols.
• Maintenance & Emergency Service: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and rapidly troubleshoot hardware, software, and mechanical failures to minimize equipment downtime.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Perform routine electrical safety and performance tests; maintain strict QMS documentation aligned with ISO 13485 and CDSCO regulatory guidelines.
• Customer Support & Upselling: Build trust with hospital staff, offer basic operational guidance to clinical users, and identify potential service contract renewals, upgrades, or spare part needs.
• Digital Workflow Management: Track service calls, manage parts requisitions, and record real-time site updates using modern internal tools like Sales Force, Service Max & Zoho.

Key Deliverables

• Uptime & Service Velocity: Achieve targeted First Call Resolution (FCR) rates, meeting strict response and repair time SLAs.
• Compliance Precision: Maintain 100% on-time execution for scheduled PMs, safety checks, and personal tool calibration schedules.
• Client Satisfaction: Deliver high Net Promoter Scores (NPS-T) by maintaining professional communication and direct, solution-driven customer focus.
