Job summary

Biotech India is seeking a field service engineer to attend to customer complaints, perform installations, and carry out preventive maintenance at customer sites across India. You will coordinate with OEMs for faster resolutions and submit detailed reports on field actions.

The role requires a B.Tech/BE in Electronics or related streams and hands-on troubleshooting experience with computers and medical equipment. Experience with physiotherapy medical equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer complaints and resolve issues with minimum down-time.
• Attend field visits on a pan-India basis.
• Submit detailed reports to the service co-ordinator on actions taken in the field to resolve a complaint.

• Assist out-station field service engineers in solving problems with their machines.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance of machines at the customer's site.
• Installation and demo of machines at the customer's site.
• Carry out pre-installation assessment of the customer's site and prepare the site for installation.
