Ketto is seeking an experienced Process Trainer to train new hires and run on-the-job training for our sales teams. You will build sales capability, support the floor, control attrition and improve team performance.

Key responsibilities include conducting NHT and OJT batches, training agents on sales techniques and soft skills, providing floor support, and preparing training reports and MIS for continuous improvement.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years Sales Trainer experience.
• Hands-on with NHT and OJT.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and soft skills training.
• Experience in floor support, performance analysis and attrition control.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) batches for sales processes
• Train agents on sales techniques, product knowledge and soft skills
• Provide floor support to trainees after go-live
• Manage throughput and calculations for NHT/OJT
• Identify training needs (TNI) and plan sessions
• Analyze performance data and implement improvements for bottom-quartile agents
• Create PKT content and conduct assessments
• Control attrition through coaching and feedback
• Prepare training reports, MIS and presentations
