Job summary

Axis Bank in Pune seeks a Relationship Officer (Third Party Payroll) to drive banking product sales across home, mortgage, business, and personal loans. The role involves generating leads through branch and dealership activities and coordinating with branch heads and sales teams.

Candidates with banking product sales experience (0.6–5 years) or freshers are welcome, age below 35, and having a two-wheeler is mandatory. Location is Pune with per-location drives and reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive banking product sales.
• Generate leads at the branch and at all attached locations, dealerships and other sourcing points.
• Collaborate with Branch Head and other team members in the branch; RO s from other verticals & Circle Managers.
• Report attendance for training, review meetings & participation in CO / Circe / Cluster / branch level drives.
• Ensure leads and business are generated for banking products for the branch.
• Coordinate with Leads & Sales Managers of all products and ensure leads are responded to on time.

Job Profile:

• To drive Banking Product sales business
• Generate Leads by conducting activities & drives both in the branch as well as in all attached Locations, dealerships and other sourcing points as identified from time to time
• Work closely with respected Branch Head, other team members in the branch. ROs from other verticals & Circle Managers.
• Ensure Proper Reporting, Attendance for Training - Review Meetings & Participation in CO / Circe / Cluster / branch level drives.
• Ensure leads and business is generated for Banking Products for the branch
• To coordinate with Leads & Sales Managers of all products and ensuring all leads are responded properly on time.
• To cross sell other products time to time.
