Job summary

Jm Financial Home Loans Limited is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Nagpur district to grow our home loan portfolio. You will generate new business through networks, referrals, builders and real estate partners, and work toward monthly disbursement targets.

You will manage end-to-end loan processing, coordinate with credit, operations and legal teams, ensure KYC and compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Local market knowledge is preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Business Development:
  • Generate new business leads for home loans through personal networks, referrals, builders, real estate agents, and other channels.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursements.
  • Conduct market mapping and identify potential customer segments.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide end-to-end assistance to customers from loan application to sanction and disbursement.
  • Resolve customer queries and follow up for documentation and process completion.
• Loan Processing and Coordination:
  • Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC and credit policy requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams (credit, operations, legal, technical) to ensure timely loan processing.
  • Ensure adherence to company and regulatory compliance standards.
