Job summary

Matrimony com in Chennai is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for B2B, B2C Sales, BDE, and Operations roles. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals, handle PAN India hiring across multiple cities, and drive campus recruitment partnerships with colleges and placement officers.

The role requires 1+ year in recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements with tight timelines. Campus and volume hiring experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience in Sales/BDE recruitment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in volume hiring.
• Experience handling multi-location hiring.
• Exposure to campus hiring and college coordination.
• Good sourcing skills through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work with tight hiring timelines.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with recruitment trackers and MIS

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates based on role requirements and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers/BH and ensure timely feedback.
• Follow up with selected candidates and drive offer-to-joining conversion.
• Support recruitment drives, walk-ins and campus recruitment activities.
• Track daily/weekly hiring progress against targets and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring Sales/BDE requirements.
