Job summary

PVR Projects ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor-Civil to support Middle East projects. The role covers BOQs, quantity estimates, cost calculations, and coordination with site teams for progress monitoring.

You will handle RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills, with Head Office project cost tracking and material consumption control. UG or Diploma in Civil engineering required.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• BoQs, quantity estimates, cost calculations, project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring.
• RA bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, final bills, site costs and billing records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and quantity estimates for Civil works.
• Compute cost estimates and monitor project budgets.
• Coordinate with site teams to track progress and cost control.
• Manage RA, client and subcontractor bills and finalize billing records.
