Job summary

K.S. Venkatraman & Co is seeking a QS Engineer to prepare BOQs, perform quantity take-offs and rate analyses, and verify payments across client, subcontractor and labour invoices.

You will coordinate with project managers, design and tender teams to ensure accurate cost monitoring, site progress, and civil works quantities. The role requires experience in quantity surveying for industrial, warehouse and commercial buildings and a strong understanding of construction materials and methods, with

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying for industrial, warehouse and commercial buildings.
• Understanding of building construction materials, methods and activity sequence.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ and quantity take-off, perform rate analysis and verify billings (client, subcontractor, labour).
• Coordinate with project managers, design and tender teams for accurate cost monitoring.
