Job summary

Ocube Services Noida is seeking an experienced Trainer / Process Trainer to join our Training & Development team. The candidate will train new hires, improve communication and process knowledge, and boost overall team performance.

The role involves conducting induction and process training for new employees, delivering product, sales, customer support, and soft skills training, preparing training materials, monitoring trainee progress, and supporting operations to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1-4 years as Process Trainer (international experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage batches and engage trainees effectively.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities
