Job summary

TELUS Digital in Noida invites applications for a Process Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs for international BPO teams. You will design, update and enhance modules aligned with business processes and measure learning effectiveness with pre- and post-assessments.

Collaborating with operations and quality teams, you will coach trainees, maintain records, and ensure compliance with client guidelines.

Qualifications

• Working as a process trainer in an international BPO for 2-4 yr(s).
• Comfortable with 24*7 shifts.
• Living or Ok to relocate in Noida (within 35 kms) of Company
• Must be a graduate.
