Job summary

Royal Land Developers in Chennai is seeking a Presales Executive with 1+ year of real estate experience to convert inquiries into visits and sales. You will call interested customers, explain project details, share brochures, fix site visits, and coordinate with the sales team from our Nungambakkam office.

The role requires good communication, basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email), and the ability to manage multiple calls and tasks daily. Monthly salary ₹25k–₹35k plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in real estate presales or real estate tele calling.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Should talk politely and confidently with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
• Able to handle multiple calls and tasks in a day.
