Job summary

Cloudray is seeking a Presales Executive in Hyderabad to engage with prospective buyers for real estate projects. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, understand requirements and present project details, pricing and amenities.

You will qualify and nurture leads, arrange site visits, and collaborate with the sales team to convert interest into bookings. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in Presales/Inside Sales in real estate, excellent English communication, CRM familiarity, and a proactive

• 2–5 years of experience in Presales / Inside Sales / Telesales, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasant and professional English communication/accent.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
• Experience in lead generation, lead qualification and follow-up.
• Good understanding of CRM and lead-management processes.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Candidates must be currently based in Hyderabad and comfortable working from Gachibowli.
