Job summary

Metal Power Analytical in Mumbai seeks a Jr. Executive PPC to manage shop floor activities, coordinate with production, quality, purchase, stores, and engineering to ensure on-time order fulfillment and smooth production.

You will monitor orders from receipt to dispatch, track production status, address delays, ensure material availability, and support continuous improvement to boost productivity while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities as per customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Monitor and track order status from order receipt to final dispatch.
• Coordinate with the shop floor team to ensure smooth and timely production execution.
• Work closely with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) such as Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Engineering.
• Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and constraints and take corrective actions.
• Ensure availability of materials, resources, and production capacity as per the planned schedule.
• Maintain and update production planning, order tracking, and status reports.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely completion as per committed delivery dates.
• Analyse production data and provide regular updates to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce delays, and optimize resources.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Primary purpose of the role:
