Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking a performance testing specialist with strong LoadRunner skills and hands-on experience with APM tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace or New Relic.

The role requires independent work across requirement analysis, design, execution and result analysis; you will develop customized Java and C scripts for Vugen, analyze results and coordinate with development teams to triage issues, monitor production statistics, and apply cloud concepts (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

• Experience with LoadRunner for performance testing across web/mobile apps.
• Hands-on with APM tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace or New Relic.
• Ability to analyze requirements, design, execute and analyze results independently.
• Develop customized Java and C code for Vugen scripts to optimize tests.
• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for triage and fixes.
• Understanding of OS internals, storage, networking and cloud infra.
• Experience monitoring DB performance and production statistics.
• Finance/banking domain exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL or MongoDB and Unix basics; cloud concepts (AWS/Azure).

Must-Have

Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

• Good experience using Performance Test tool LoadRunner and understanding of APM tools like AppDynamics/Dynatrace/New Relic, etc.
• Should have ability to work independently in Requirement analysis, designing, execution & result analysis phase.
• Develop customized codes in Java & C language for optimizing and enhancing Vugen scripts.
• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for issue triaging & bug fixes.
• Good understanding of different OS internals, file systems, disk/storage, networking protocols and other latest technologies like Cloud infra.
• Monitor/extract production performance statistics and apply the same model in the test environments with higher load to uncover performance issues.
• Must have experience in monitoring DB and highlight performance issues.
• Experience working on Finance Banking domain projects. LoadRunner -HTTP/HTML/Webservices protocol/Java Protocol, .
