Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a performance testing engineer to design, execute, and optimize tests using LoadRunner and related APM tools. The role involves independent analysis, scripting, and collaboration with development teams to triage issues.

The candidate should understand OS internals, cloud concepts, and database technologies such as SQL and Mongo. Prior finance/banking domain exposure is a plus, with strong problem-solving skills and communication.

Job description

Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

• Good experience using Performance Test tool LoadRunner and understanding of APM tools like AppDynamics/Dynatrace/New Relic, etc.
• Should have ability to work independently in Requirement analysis, designing, execution & result analysis phase.
• Develop customized codes in Java & C language for optimizing and enhancing Vugen scripts.
• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for issue triaging & bug fixes.
• Good understanding of different OS internals, file systems, disk/storage, networking protocols and other latest technologies like Cloud infra.
• Monitor/extract production performance statistics and apply the same model in the test environments with higher load to uncover performance issues.
• Must have experience in monitoring DB and highlight performance issues.
• Experience working on Finance – Banking domain projects. LoadRunner -HTTP/HTML/Webservices protocol/Java Protocol, .
