Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned professional with 5 to 13 years of experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud to design, build, and configure compensation plans, rules, and rate tables. The role requires working on enhancements and integrations, including OTBI dashboards, and collaboration with IT and business teams to meet complex compensation requirements.

The position is on site at our Chennai location, with focus on delivering enterprise-scale incentive compensation

Qualifications

• Experience ranges from 5 to 13 years.
• Proficiency with Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud.
• Experience with OTBI and data modeling for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and configure Incentive Compensation Plans, Plan Components, Performance Measures and Rate Tables to meet business requirements.
• Understand Classification Rules, Assignment Rules, Credit Rules, and Configuring Incentive Formulae.
• Work on enhancements to meet business process and application requirements for Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Solution.
• Set up, document, and test the Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud system including upgrades; apply Oracle methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop optimal Sales Compensation solutions.

• Design, build and configure Incentive Compensation Plans, Plan Components, Performance Measures and Rate Tables to meet Business Requirements.
• Have a good understanding of Classification Rules, Assignment Rules, Credit Rules, Configuring Incentive Formulae, Flex fields, Web Services and Setups.
• Strong knowledge of Import Management related to Users, Transactions, Rules, Goals.
• To Work on enhancements to meet business process and application requirements for Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Solution.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of credit rules, classification & customization with Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud.
• Experience in Redwood Reports/dashboards.
• Ability to modify and create Reports and Dashboards using OTBI and Data Model.
• Proficient in understanding business requirements and working with the IT team on strategizing for Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Solutions.
• Set up, document, and test the Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud system including upgrades; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.
• Experience in Agile scrum prioritization and development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop optimal Sales Compensation solutions to meet business needs
