Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Bengaluru, India seeks a senior Oracle CX consultant with 5+ years of Fusion Sales/Service and Incentive Compensation implementation.

You will analyze current systems, drive 2-3 end-to-end projects, create test scripts, coordinate UAT, and design scalable solutions across Oracle CX modules. Strong communication and client-handling skills are essential to lead design discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing Fusion Sales, Fusion Sales Service & Fusion Incentive Compensation.
• Analyzing current systems and data to identify new requirements.
• Must have worked on 2-3 implementation and enhancement projects.
• Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client for UAT.
• Ability to recognise inter-dependencies and propose optimized solutions.
• Hands-on configurations and customizations in Oracle CX: custom objects, UI, workflows, triggers, email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements and enhancements.
• Lead 2-3 implementation and enhancement projects.
• Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with clients for UAT.
• Formulate a broader perspective by recognising inter-dependencies.
• Propose and own the overall solution for customization/extension/integrations on Oracle CX products.
• Hands-on configuration and customization in Oracle CX areas like custom objects, Redwood UI, workflows, triggers, data migration and OTBI.

5+ years exp on implementation of Fusion Sales , Service & Fusion Incentive Compensation

• 1. Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary.
• 2. Must have worked on 2-3 implementation & enhancements projects.
• 3. Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions.
• 4. Ability to formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the inter-dependencies and inter-play between elements.
• 5. Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customization/extension/integrations on Oracle CX products.
• 6. hands-on experience in functional configurations and customization in the following areas - custom objects, Redwood UI customization, workflows, triggers email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI Analytics etc.
