Key Responsibilities

Performed a role as a project/application or technical lead/architect Implement Functional and Technical requirements in line with design documents Support continuous improvement by suggesting alternate solutions Drive integration implemention with other applications Ability to work with multiple internal and external stake holders including performing client facing role Perform fit-gap analysis and translate buisness requirement application functionality Drives technical High Level and Low Level design and development for all inscope components Offers best practice advice and recommendations around overall systems architecture Engages with Enterprise Architects regarding technical architecture and details of integration/migration Leads technical requirements gathering and/or design workshops for complex projects

Technical Experience

Around 9-12 years of experience as Techno -Functional consultant with minimum 3-4 end-to-end impementation in Oracle fusion incentive compensation

1. Experience in establish & monitor governance processes across multiple Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation instances.
2. Expertise in Incentive capabilities of Incentive Compensation– Compensation Plan, Payments Life cycle, integrations and data model extensions. Should have experience in Compensation Plan and Components, Classification and Credit rules Transaction Process Management Workflows/Approvals Participation management security Import/Export Payment Processing, Payment Plan Dispute Management SOAP/REST APIs User Defined Queries Formulas Reports and Dashboards, configuration workbooks Good To have experience in Territory, Quota management
3. Experience in establishing unified design and documentation standards & guidelines.
4. Be part of requirement and design discussions for global Oracle fusion incentive compensation implementations to review and approve Compensation Plan and Credit Rule design framework.
5. Good to have experience with other oracle cloud integrated applications like Sales cloud and B2B service cloud. Experience in understanding continuous integration and development.
