Job summary

Intelli Search Services in Chennai is seeking an Incentive Calculation Analyst to manage sales incentive and commission programs for India and Europe. You will oversee incentive administration, payout validation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely payments.

The role requires 3–7 years of related experience, strong Excel, and familiarity with BI tools. This hybrid position offers exposure to multi-country payroll processes and opportunities for automation improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance Analytics, or Variable Pay.
• Experience handling multi-country incentive programs (India must & Europe /US good to have).
• Strong knowledge of commissions, quotas, bonus structures, and sales compensation.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentives and commissions.

• Perform reconciliations and resolve incentive-related discrepancies.
• Generate incentive reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
