Job summary

PwC in Coimbatore is seeking a Senior Associate to drive Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM deployments and ongoing support within a complex finance and HR landscape.

You will coordinate with clients, deliver end-to-end configurations, and mentor teams on system processes, reporting, and end-user training, ensuring high-quality, timely outcomes for Fusion Cloud projects.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• At least one end-to-end implementation in Fusion HCM, upgrade, lift-and-shift, or support projects.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion HCM Functional modules like Core HR, Benefits and Compensation.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise configuration, Workforce Structures, FlexFields, Security and Roles.
• Ability to create compensation cycles and manage Benefit plan configurations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating with clients and managing SLAs.
• Experience in unit testing and UAT with business sign-off.
• Knowledge of HDL templates and OTBI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations and support projects.
• Perform fit-gap analyses and prepare configuration workbooks.
• Collaborate with users for UAT and sign-off.
• Develop data flows, process flows, and design documents.
• Generate ad hoc OTBI/BI reports to monitor health of applications.
• Coordinate with clients to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Assist end-user training and onboarding documentation.

Role & responsibilities

• 5 ~ 10 year of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
• Should have completed minimum ONE end-to-end implementations in Fusion HCM, upgradation, lift and shift and support projects experience
• Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion HCM Functional modules like Core HR, Benefits and Compensation
• Good understanding of Enterprise configuration, Workforce Structures, FlexFields Security and Roles
• Good understanding on how to create compensation cycles, elements etc.
• Should have considerable knowledge on Benefit plan configurations
• Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence
