Job summary

Green SM in Mumbai is seeking a Depot Operations Supervisor to oversee daily fleet and driver operations at our EV hub. This ground-level leadership role handles drivers, vehicles, shifts, and on-road incidents.

You will ensure 24/7 depot operations, manage 100+ drivers, monitor performance, handle escalations, and coordinate vehicle maintenance and GPS tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 100+ drivers.
• Experience in fleet/transport hub operations.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Strong control over driver discipline and attendance.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Valid driving license.
