Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Fleet Operations Manager who will act as our on-ground point of contact for fleet operations, rider partners, and delivery companies. This role combines field sales, relationship management, and fleet execution.

You will be responsible for fleet uptime, deployment, service scheduling, and building strong working relationships with rider managers and delivery partners.

  • Act as company representative during site visits, problem-solving, and escalation handling
  • Convert on-ground interest into active fleet deployment
2. Relationship Management
  • Be the primary on-ground POC for delivery companies and fleet partners
  • Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with rider managers and supervisors
  • Handle operational issues proactively to maintain trust and long- term partnerships
  • Coordinate with client teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operations
3. Fleet Uptime & Deployment Management
  • Own fleet uptime and availability
  • Plan and execute deployment and redeployment of bikes based on demand
  • Reduce idle fleet and improve utilisation
  • Track active vs inactive bikes and take corrective action
  • Ensure bikes are ready for deployment at all times
4. Service Scheduling & Operations
  • Plan and manage service and maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with technicians for breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and AMC servicing
  • Prioritise repairs based on fleet impact and uptime requirements
  • Visit sites with technicians when required for faster issue resolution
  • Ensure minimal downtime through effective service planning

This role requires ownership, field presence, and execution.

What we are looking for?

  • Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic technical understanding of EVs (training will be provided).
