Radure Handling is seeking hands-on Hub Manager/Supervisor to oversee EV fleet hub operations in India. You will manage drivers, a team of 5 staff, and coordinate charging, maintenance, and vehicle deployment to ensure efficient hub performance.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, along with EV fleet experience being advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in fleet, logistics, transportation or EV operations.
• Experience managing drivers and field teams.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for operational reporting.
• EV fleet experience will be an advantage.

About the Role

We are looking for hands-on and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Hub Manager and Hub Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our EV fleet hub. The candidate will be responsible for driver management, vehicle availability, EV charging coordination, fleet utilization, and ensuring smooth hub operations.
