Job summary

Lava International in India is seeking a project management professional to organize and verify mass production capability early in the plant lifecycle before ramp-up. You will define project plans for new products, derive process flows, assess risks, and ensure milestones are met with close ODM and customer escalation coordination.

The role focuses on delivering on-time deliverables, controlling costs within margins, and disseminating success criteria across the project lifecycle while

Responsibilities

• Organize that the project specific mass production capability will be created and verified in plant level early enough before the ramp-up.
• Preparation of Project plan for New Projects / Products.
• Deriving the Process flow for the new project
• Analyzing the risk involved in the project and acting on it
• Completing the milestone reviews as scheduled.
• Bringing down the project liabilities in the Ramp down phase
• Costing Model creation, update, monitoring, analyzing and maintaining cost within Price Margins
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them throughout project life cycle
• Plan, Schedule and Track Project Timelines, Milestones & Deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Continuous interaction with ODM representatives and key point of contact for Customer escalations.
• Monitoring & ensuring that agreed program deliverables are met through technical expertise & continuous
