Job summary

HMD Mobile India seeks a seasoned Program/Project Manager to lead end-to-end new product programs, defining milestones, governance, and launch plans while partnering with EMS/ODM partners across the supply chain.

You will drive NPI, manufacturing readiness from prototype to mass production, manage risks, and ensure readiness of people, equipment, materials, methods, and measurement to accelerate Time-to-Market and ramp-up speed.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading end-to-end product launches and manufacturing ramp-ups.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, manufacturing readiness, stage-gate governance, FPY, yield and capacity management.
• Excellent program management, risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own production ramp-up, tracking FPY, yield, defects, productivity and capacity while addressing bottlenecks.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs and provide clear visibility of progress, risks and decisions to senior leadership.
• Drive improvements in Time-to-Market, launch quality, ramp-up speed and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications / Eligibility

• 10 15 years of relevant experience in NPI, NPD, Program/Project Management or Manufacturing Operations.

• Strong understanding of NPI processes, manufacturing readiness, stage-gate governance, FPY, yield and capacity management.
• Excellent program management, risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
