Job summary

ScopeHR Services in Chennai is seeking a results-driven professional to lead project planning and execution across manufacturing and engineering disciplines. The role focuses on defining scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans to drive end-to-end project delivery with adherence to milestones.

You will coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Design teams to install, commission, and validate new machinery, while driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and capacity

Qualifications

• Experience in leading New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Strong process improvement and manufacturing coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with milestones

• Ensure smooth implementation of manufacturing process improvements and automation projects.
• Drive productivity enhancement and capacity expansion initiatives

New Product Development (NPD)

• Coordinate new hydraulic cylinder development projects from design to production launch.
• Ensure customer specifications, quality standards, and project timelines are met.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews and product validation activities

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management.
• Manage vendor performance related to project deliverables.

Risk, Cost & Quality Management

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
