Job summary

Dixon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a results-driven NPI Program Lead to plan and execute new customer projects in our manufacturing operations. You will coordinate engineering, quality, production, SCM, and automation teams to ensure product manufacturability and robust process readiness before SOP.

You will drive pilot builds, validation, and issue closure, track milestones, and manage customer technical discussions and audits to ensure a seamless transfer from NPI to mass production.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI planning and execution for new customer projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, production, SCM, and automation.
• Review product manufacturability and process feasibility.
• Ensure APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan readiness.
• Manage pilot builds and validation runs.
• Drive closure of design/process issues before SOP.
• Track milestone adherence and escalation management.
• Customer coordination for technical discussions and audits.
• Resource planning for successful project launch.
• Ensure smooth transfer from NPI to mass production
