Job summary

Adroitre Energy is seeking a seasoned professional to lead new product development from concept to production launch. You will coordinate APQP activities, author PPAP documentation, and drive the creation of Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans and Work Instructions.

You will also coordinate tooling design, development, validation, and trials while collaborating with Production, Quality, Tool Room, Purchase and Customer teams to ensure timely execution and a successful launch.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading new product development from concept to production.
• Familiar with APQP/PPAP processes and documentation.
• Ability to develop and maintain PFMEA, control plans and work instructions.
