Job summary

IntouchCX in Hyderabad is hiring for a Customer Service Associate (Chat process) to handle international chat inquiries in English. The role is WFO with rotational shifts and 5 working days. You will manage multiple chats, follow SOPs, and maintain CRM records while delivering high-quality service.

Eligibility includes 10+2 or diploma/degree, 1–2 years of experience, and strong verbal/written English. Immediate joiners preferred; cab facility provided as a benefit.

Qualifications

• Education: 10+2 mandatory; Diploma (3 years) or undergraduates; BE/B.Tech or graduates (any stream).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years experience required.

Key Responsibilities For Chat Process:

• Handled customer queries through chat and written communication in a professional and timely manner.
• Managed multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Understood customer requirements and provided appropriate solutions based on products and services.
• Maintained a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Demonstrated strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintained accurate customer information and updated CRM/customer records as required.
• Followed company SOPs, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines while handling customer interactions.
• Efficiently handled customer complaints, requests, and escalations while maintaining a professional approach.

• Handling Dual Chat or Triple Chats handling
