Job summary

AGS Health is hiring a Trainee Process Associate AR Caller for the Voice Process in Chennai (OMR/Kosmo). This role targets fresh graduates (2021–2026) with strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills, and logical thinking. Shift is US timing (05:30 PM to 2:30 AM) with two-way transport provided.

This is a full-time opportunity with walk-in interviews. Eligibility excludes Diploma or BE/BTech/ME/MTech.

Qualifications

• Graduate fresher with BBA/BA/B.Com/BCA/B.Sc degrees (2021–2026).
• Diploma, BE/BTech/ME/MTech are not eligible.
• Walk-in interview process with HR: Syed.

Responsibilities

• Address AR through analysis and calls using available resources.
• Use tools and applications to drive payment resolution, submissions, appeals, or adjustments.
• Report trends in denials, submission errors, credentialing issues, and roadblocks to the manager.
• Meet established SLAs for production and quality.
• Update call outcomes and analyses in the billing system clearly.
• Stay updated with changes to P&Ps and improve performance based on feedback.

Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US Shift).
Transport: Two-way transport is available within the defined boundaries.
Roles and Responsibilities

• To address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls by using available resources.
• Utilization of all possible tools and applications available to take account to the next level of resolution, which would result in a payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer or adjustment.
• To report trends / patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues and billing related roadblocks to the immediate reporting manager.
• To meet the established SLAs (service level agreements) for production and quality.
• To update the outcome of the calls or analysis in a clear and coherent manner in the billing system.
• To utilize the and stay updated with changes done with the P & Ps
• To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager / quality audit team.
