AGS Health is hiring a Trainee Process Associate AR Caller in Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on addressing ARs via phone and analysis, with responsibilities spanning payment resolution, appeals, and accurate documentation in the billing system.

The position requires a graduate fresh with BBA/BA/B.Com/BCA/B.Sc. The shift is US timing (05:30 PM to 2:30 AM) with two-way transport provided. Walk-in interviews are conducted for direct selection.

Qualificações

• Graduate fresher with BBA/BA/B.Com/BCA/B.Sc qualifications.
• Passing year 2021–2026.
• Diploma, BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech are not eligible to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Address outstanding AR through analysis and calls using available resources.
• Utilize tools and applications to move accounts toward payment or correction.
• Report trends in denials, submission errors, and billing roadblocks to the manager.
• Meet established SLAs for production and quality.
• Update call outcomes and analyses in the billing system.

Rounds of Interview:

1. HR Interview

2. Online Assessment - Grammar & Aptitude

3. Versant Test - Language Assessment

4. Operational/Technical Interview

Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US Shift).

Transport: Two-way transport is available within the defined boundaries.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls by using available resources.
• Utilization of all possible tools and applications available to take account to the next level of resolution, which would result in a payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer or adjustment.
• To report trends / patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues and billing related roadblocks to the immediate reporting manager.
• To meet the established SLAs (service level agreements) for production and quality.
• To update the outcome of the calls or analysis in a clear and coherent manner in the billing system.
• To utilize the and stay updated with changes done with the P & Ps
• To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager / quality audit team.
