Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Kolkata is hiring for a Customer Support Associate in a Voice Process. The role is 100% office-based with fixed salary and permanent hiring.

Candidate should have a graduation, at least 12 months of BPO experience, and excellent English & Hindi verbal skills. Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy is required, with night shifts from 6:00 am to 12:00 am and no planned leave for the next 3 months.
