Job summary

Spectraforce in Mohali invites candidates for a Walk-In Drive to join our US staffing team. We are hiring for US Recruiter roles, welcoming fresh graduates and candidates with 6+ months in BPO/voice, sales, or domestic recruitment.

You will source candidates, screen based on requirements, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate communication, working night shifts in US time zone at our Mohali office.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates welcome.
• 6+ months experience in BPO/Voice Process, Sales/Telecalling or Domestic Recruitment.
• Medical or Life Sciences background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates for US-based job opportunities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience and job requirements.
• Conduct initial conversations and understand career interests and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Learn about US Staffing, recruitment processes, job markets and different technologies/skill sets.
